Spicesmasala packaging is complicated because different spices have different requirements for packaging. Some spices require high aroma retention, oxygen barrier and moisture barrier packaging material. So we provide high gas barrier film packs so aroma is not lost from spices.

This performed pouches packaging machine is equipped with latest design PLC, control and multicolour HMI. All parameters can be set from the HMI for various timings of machine. Trouble shooting and various machine alarms are displayed on HMI. Number of pouches packed in one minute, total production in a day will be displayed on screen.

Proper allowance must be made for the low moisture and high fat content of snacks and spices and their vulnerability to foreign odours in order to select the most suitable packaging material.
