Pressure blaster works on the direct pressure principle of blasting. When high abrasive velocity produce by pressure blaster which results in completing the job at a faster rate. A pressure vessel bolted below a hopper of a cabinet for automatic abrasive refilling arrangement. For high efficiency of dust collection, a tubular fabric bag dust collector, with generous filter area is attached with the cabinet as standard feature. A manual shaker is provided for shaking. The pressure blaster is recommended for fast cleaning, removal of corrosion and heavy rust using coarse abrasives. All types of coarse and medium sized abrasives can be used depending on the application.Available in three standard models : MPB-9182 MPB-12090 MPB-150120 Options available on request : Higher output blast guns in place of standard. CE20 is a series of electrical driven high-pressure water-blasters from 200 to 500 Bar and 16 to 38 L/min in flow capacity. The standard machine are with pneumatic rear wheels with parking brake, castor front wheel. The “Slim version” is narrower and has solid rear wheels with parking brake instead. The frames are made up in hot-dip galvanized and powder coated pressed sheet metal parts with all enclosing side frames in stainless steel. The standard model with pneumatic tyres measures 1060 x 760mm. The “Slim” model are 1060 x 500mm. Both are 850mm high. The standard and slim versions share all other specifications.

Super Blast - SB Works on INDUCTION - SUCTION principle of abrasive delivery. The super blaster ensures continuous working and no interruption in blasting cycle. Recommended for light and medium sized components where surface is to be cleaned or deburred or to impart with fine matte finish. The most important point in wet blasting is its ability to use very fine abrasive - as fine as 5 microns. Fine abrasive are suspended in liquid, usually water and then pumped to a nozzle as a slurry. At nozzle, the slurry is introduced into air - stream and propelled against job. The glandless slurry pump is used to feed the slurry at positive pressure into blast gun. The wetter parts of pump are of thermoset plastic material for corrosion resistance. WB machine is useful in tool room to remove feather burrs multi-tooth cutting tools, such as, milling cutter holes, broaches and taps eliminating hours of hand honing time. It deburrs intersecting holes in precision parts which are inaccessible by any other method. The finest machined surface can be super-finished without damage to sharp edges and exact tolerances.

This surface pressure blaster is from the family air operated shot blasting machine and is suitable for units with moderate output.
