Storage and distribution system is required to store and distribute PW and WFI water to various user points and in a closed loop system. Distribution system is used in Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Food industries. Purified water and WFI storage tanks is designed and manufactured as per cGMP or ASME SEC VIII DIV 1 standard. Storage tank can be plain, steam jacketed, electrically heated, Limpetted tanks which are provided with Rockwool / Glasswool with AISI SS304 cladding. PW /WFI tanks are provided with necessary accessories. Fully drainable and required flow sanitary pumps are sleceted in order to achieve the return line velocity of 1.2m/sec. Distribution skid is provided with necessary pumps, instruments like Flow, Conductivity and TOC count and UV disinfectant system and PLC based control panel. Two Pumps (1 Working and 1 Standby) are provided to ensure continuous hassle free operation along with swing arm assembly for easy changeover and incorporated with Variable frequency drive so as to minimize the ppower requirement and also to maintain the velocity. Online shell and Tube heat exchangers SS pendants with provision for PW, Air, Potable water, Steam etc. The distribution system is designed for 100% drainablility by maintaining rhe the sloop of 1:100 PLC and SCADA based system with online printing facility to achieve compliance with 21 CFR PART 11 and GAMP 5 so less human interferance and low maintenance required. SS316L piping with internally electropolished and outside mirror finished is used in distribution loop system having sterile zero dead leg draw off valves. Core Features & Characteristics of the system like crevices & dead leg free design, 0.4µ RA finish from inside & outside 0.8 µ ; complete drain ability; Non– Contact MoC -304 out side matt finish to 0.8 ra; completely suitable for in-line CIP options & Sanitization with complete records if required. All inter connecting piping is done by orbital welding with high purity argon gas and welding joints can be iinspected with Boroscopy machine. Complete set of Documentation like DQ, IQ, OQ, FAT, SAT with certificates and also assist client to develop PQ to achieve compliance with necessary regulatory authority.

Purified water generated from purified water generation system shall be transferred to the Purified water storage tank This Purified water from the storage tank is then re-circulated in a closed loop to various user points with the following features. The storage tank assembly consisting of- SS316L wetted parts, Jacketed, SS Cladded.- Dished ends at bottom for complete drainability and at top to avoid stagnation.- Spray ball located at the center nozzle (loop return) on the manhole for continuously wetting all the contact parts on the top surface of the tank including the manhole internal surfaces.- Sanitary nozzles for feed, re-circulation, vent, pressure gauge, level switch, spare nozzles on the top (manhole) and outlet at the bottom.- Surface finish of less than 0.4 Ra inside and mat finish on outside surface.- Sterile vent filter on the tank top. The distribution pump consisting of the following features- SS316 L wetted parts.- Mono-block/ vertical multistage, centrifugal type.- Casing drain sanitary Valve. Distribution loop consisting of the following features- SS316L, Seamless tubes, Electro-polished.- Internal surfaces finish less than 0.4 Ra.- Outside mirror polish- Installed at a slope of 1:100 for complete drainability.- Properly supported with SS304 contact parts. - Dead legs of not more than 3 D.- No hold up volume in case of shut down.- Normal velocity of 2.8 m/s and during peak load velocity of min 1.2 m/s shall be maintained.- All possible joints shall be orbital welded; remaining joints shall be sanitary tri-clamp type with silicon gaskets. Apart from the above major items, the system have the following features :- The complete storage and distribution system shall have provision of hot water sanitization - Have the necessary pressure gauges viz. at pump outlet, loop return and compound pressure gauge on tank top- Conductivity controllers in loop supply.- Differential pressure sensors & transmitters are provided in loop system. - Temperature sensors in tank bottom & loop return. - Level controller on tank for pump controlling and feed control.- Sanitary UV Unit to control microbial load.- Flow transmitters in loop return to monitor flow rate / velocity.- Auto Dumping valve in loop supply for high conductivity. - Auto Back Pressure Valve in loop return to regulate pressure and flow.- The complete system shall be controlled by PLC based control panel with datalogging facility.
