The Industry 4.0 compliant generation next Bry Wheel rotor works on the principle of the Honeycomb technology which results in 25% more energy savings, 100% reliability and zero downtime. This ensures a much better control over dewpoint and temperature. This rotor is specially crafted for a very low dewpoint upto (-) 65°C. Other than this the rotor combines the advantages of maximum surface area for drying, higher efficiency, light weight, amazing structural strength, lower drying cost with unlimited options for stand alone, single station operation as well as multi station centralized installation. How does it work ? Crafted for very low dewpoint upto (-) 65°C, the BWD series of dryers ensures a much better control over dewpoint,temperature and hence production process, even being far away. These dryers can be operated and controlled by a mobile phone, tablet or phablet. These dryers are simple and easy to operate and maintain. Moisture laden air enters the unit through the process inlet and passes through the BryWheel where the moisture is adsorbed. The moisture is, thus, removed through a process of continuous physical adsorption. The dry, dehumidified air is then delivered to the conditioned area through the process outlet. The rotating desiccant wheel/ rotor moves into the reactivation segment well before “saturation” where the moisture is driven off by the hot air blown through the reactivation segment of the rotor. The continuously revolving rotor at a slow speed provides extremely stable temperature and dewpoint control. The rotor technology minimises energy consumption by reducing structural mass, leading to less energy wasted. Model ID: BHD SERIES Bry-Air, only company in India to manufacture and export this technology has launched during Plastindia 2009 the new Honeycomb Technology Bry-Air resin dryers with Bry-Wheel – BHD Series. 

We are using the latest technology for paper drying we use only three big rolls heated by electricity, steam or thermic oil. In this technology total heat transfer to roller surface and pass to wet paper directly. The surface contact area is 90-95% of roller surface area so we are using maximum heat without heating air and losing energy. We are using motorised squeezing roll assembly with pneumatic cylinder to give high pressure to rubber roll to remove maximum water from resin so our system is 50% higher energy saving then others. Due to only three rolls at low height it’s very easy to pass paper and the production capacity is 50% higher then others. The deep roll is mounted on body inside stainless steel tray better than putting on the floor without proper alignment as others.
