The Machine is suitable for assembling of the different components to make the doors drawers and car cases etc. The Machine is so designed that it gives great effectiveness assuring the perfect assembling of the frames with support frame with squaring perfectly orthogonal. The sub- vertical disposition of the support frame cross members and possible to position the wooden elements without a pre- setting at the bench. The sequence of operation is as follows: a) Vertical pistons coming out for frame pressing. b) 10mm approx. reversal of vertical pistons and horizontal pistons coming out for frame squaring. c) 10mm approx. reversal of Horizontal Pistons. d) Pressing phase with pre- selected duration to allow frame viveral. e) All pistons reversal with machine ready to start a new cycle.

APPLICATION Applicable to light, thin material, for single, and progressive die application in blanking, piercing, bending, forming, interlink with ROT line or transfer unit. FEATURES Straight side frame designed virtually eliminates angular deflection, providing increased precision for progressive die applications and reducing maintenance costs on tooling. The slide area is 15 %~25% greater than comparable C-frame presses to allow for larger tools. The large 6-point gibs are centered in the slide body, to provide better resistance to off-center loads. Applicaton : The Ultimate Possible Resistance To Slide Tipping & Off Center Loading These guides are designed with extra length & surface area to provide best possible resistance to slide tipping caused by off center loading in the die and most suitable for highly precise pressing applications. This increases tool life. Mentioned below are some other distinct features with details : Programmable Logic Control (PLC) As per standards we provide PLC with an inbuilt display system, which shows faults and gives remedy as well. It helps for easy maintenance and reduced break down time. Cam Limit Swith Driven Through Gear Cam Limit Switch driven through Gears instead of Sprockets & Chain provides accurate signals to PLC. No changes of double stroking takes place thus providing an optimum quality. Miss Feed Sockets Miss feed sockets are provided to turn the machine with an automation line. Pneumatics All pneumatic items like FRL, Air Regulators, and Fittings are SMC which make duly fitted process in RITTAL. All pressure gauges are glycerine filled and are visible from front of the machine. Pressure Switch Drain Cock and Safety Valves are provided wherever required. Standard air outlets are provided for pneumatics tools. Counter Balancer Lubrication We provide all the machines with manual lubrication device for Counter Balancing System and the life of cylinders and seal increases as a result.
