This product is prepared by us, the fresh roots are brought to our dicing plant by the farmers, then washed & cut on a dicing machine to uniform size, then the same is sun dried on food grade non-laminated polyethylene sheets.

Chicory Roots after washing Thorley with water being cut and dried in the different size as per byres requirement. e:g 13 X 13 X13MM or 15 X 15 x15MM. Sun drying method is being use for drying of Chicory cubes and normally takes 3-4 days for drying at the temp of 40-43 D Centigrade .

We can offer chicory cubes also. Some people prefer extra strong flavor, usually achieved through blending for them need to mix chicory. Chicory has various health benefits like it has no caffeine, it helps in blood cleansing and is good for liver.

Roasting of chicory cubes is being carried out by firewood roaster at the temp ranging from 100-145°C for the duration of 1.30 hours. Each Batch contain 350.00 Kgs of roasted chicory cubes. PACKING:In sound jute/LDPE bags lined with 250gauge HDPE. Net weight 35kg.HDPE bag is sealed separately and jute bag is being well stitched to avoid spillage, Each bag is being marked showing net weight, batch number and the month of roasting.
