Cartridge Heater are used to heat dyes for plastic packaging plants & various other applications. Our cartridge heaters are made out of stainless steel, brass or sheaths in low and high watt density in regular and 'd' shape. Our high watt density cartridge heaters come in SS 304, SS 321, SS316 construction and have a watt density of 12 watt sq. Cm. Apart from this, we also offer our clients low watt density cartridge heaters in Brass or SS 304 sheath with watt density of 4 watt sq. Cm. We also have the option of getting them manufactured with in-built thermocouples and different types of termination options as per the requirements of our clients.

Elstein IRS rod heaters are ceramic infrared heaters, designed for operating temperatures of up to 750 °C. With the help of MPO and MPO/2 mounting profiles, surface ratings of up to 72.0 kW/ m² can be realised.IRS series heaters have one mounting socket on each side, with which they can be fixed to a mounting profile with fixing springs.The rod shaped design makes IRS heaters preferably suitable for linear heating tasks.An example for linear heating tasks can be found in the timber industry, where IRS rod heaters are used to pre-heat edge strips.Elstein IRS rod radiators are available in two designs and cover the power range from 200 W to 600 W.Consideration :The power can be controlled by using thermocouple heaters with TRD temperature controllers, TSE thyristor switching units and other accessories.IR radiation panels can be assembled using mounting profiles MPO.The national safety regulations must be complied with for the respective application, for example, the IEC or EN standard 60519-1, Safety in electrical heating installations.Further information and safety instructions are mentioned in the mounting sheet, which is attached to each heater.

APPLICATION To heat up water, oils, chemicals, alkaline & other solutions, electroplating baths etc.   CONSTRUCTION Sheathing heavy gauge, s.s., titanium, m.s., or lead bonded tube with closed bottom with flange (for vertical operation), suitable to the ordered size. It is available in easy to replace the coil system. Unscrewing the top terminal plate can easily stretch the element out. Heating elements - helical coiled wire element is uniformly inserted in the refractory blocks to distribute even heat throughout the surface of the heater. Vertical heaters are provided with non-heating zone are required from the top. Water tight terminal cover is also available with the above heater.
