The material is fed between the fist two rolls and is discharged from the final roll by a scrapper blade. The paste passing between the rolls is subjected to high stress & frictional forces resulting in the breaking up & separation of the particle to produce a finely dispersed film. The gap adjustment between the rolls can be done manually or hydraulically. Rollers are independently cooled by a water circulating facility. Rolls are available in S. S. 304 or Chilled Cast Iron construction.

  This is a bench rolling mill with roll size of 5" x 2.1/2" and is available in three models. It is available with either the sheet rolls, or wire rolls or can be supplied with combined sheet and wire grooves in one single roll. Similar rolling mill is also available with roll size of 4" x 2.1/4" and 6" x 3" in the three different versions as for the 5" size rolling mill. Specially designed 6" x 3" roll size bench rolling mill is also available with higher roll opening for thicker sheet work

This triple roll mill is used in many industries where fine grinding of pastes are required. Web offset inks, water based and solvent based screen inks, metal decoration inks, etc. can be easily grinded to the best consistency. The three rolls used are of very high BHN with water cooling area provided from inside and connected to the water cooling system. The shafts with the rolls are grounded on grinding machines and zero to zero gap is maintained between the rolls. In mechanical triple roll mills the rolls can be moved by mechanical hand wheels. The pre dispersed paste made in sigma kneader mixerplanetary mixer TwinShaftDisperser is fed on the feeding roll of the triple roll mill and this material is passed onto the center roll and then on the discharge roll. The speeds of all the rolls are different. The material is collected on the scraper and then taken out for packing. The hydraulic models are very easy to operate as compared to the mechanical models. The pump has to be operated just for few seconds thus you save lot of energy in the machine. Complete panel is also provided with the machine. The machine is covered with the mild steel plates or stainless steel plates buffed with mirror finish. Foundation base is sturdy. Digital temperature indicator and process control temperature can be analyzed easily on the machine.
