Fine grains of Coal/Coke/Charcoal/Ores and Minerals mixed with suitable binder fed into the nip of a pair of counter rotating rolls and are compacted in mass of uniform shape and size, called briquettes. The gap itself is controlled by means of the hydraulic supply unit depending on the requirements of the specific process. This design feature guarantees that all the feed material passes through the roller gap under the same process conditions, thus ensuring that the output quality of the product remains constant.
