The furnaces are either electrically heated or fuel fired with high efficiency burners supported by a full complement of combustion system. To improve fuel efficiency, recuperations for heating combustion air up to 500 °C is provided. For customers requiring even more fuel efficiency, regenerator burners can be offered that can give air preheat of 1000 °C or more for much higher fuel efficiency.
