(3) Apply by brush the mixture of solution compound (4) Apply the first coat of the HARDNER mix solution and let it dry completely. (5) Now apply second thin coat and let it dry 15-20 Minutes , support the bonded area with solid wooden ply or m.s. plate.   (6) Now bring both surfaces together. (7) Hammer hard with a wooden hammer, ensure  air bubble is trapped jointing area. (6) Now the jointed belt is ready for service operation after an hour of rest. (7) The entire process of the cold vulcanizing method should be carried out within 4 - 6 hours and should be carried out by a specialist. PULLEY LAGGING and TANK LINING are also done by same process. This method of cold vulcanizing / bonding is simple, quick, safe and economical. HEAT RESISTANT GRADE APPLIED FOR CONVEYOR JOINT IS FOLLOWED BY THE SIMILAR METHOD AS ABOVE.

OM 2000 Cement Cold vulcanizing Glue/Solution is used for Jointing and Repairing of Conveyor belt.  It has super high strength bonding for jointing / repairing, this cold bonding glue is also used for jointing and repairing of rubber to rubber, rubber to metal, metal to fabric, rubber to fabric for fast vulcanizing. OM 2000 Cement is highly effective and fast bonding adhesive or glue or solutions and it is one of the best for industrial purposes. It is two part vulcanizing cement, when AR hardener mixes with main cement to construct the fast bond to contact upon material like rubber, metal and fabric. And it doesn’t require any additional pressure to make bond strong where applied and it has the consistency of a brush able liquid for long lasting bonds. This liquid adhesive cures at room temperature up to 60°C (slightly higher for rubber to metal bonds)
