Working Principle :The screw washer adopts inclination of 15o,under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool.

We offer Sand Classifiers which are used for the separation of crushed sand (stone particles below 3 mm.) from natural mud or silt, is based on the principle that the former is heavier than water but the latter is not. Silt mixed crushed sand if used for making concrete yields low strength and hence this machine is particularly useful for obtaining crushed sand for use in high strength concrete. Our Sand Classifier consists of an inclined screw conveyor with a water jacket. Water is retained till a particular level. The mixture of silt and sand is fed at the feed (lower) end of the inclined screw conveyor. The silt particles being lighter than water do not settle down and are drained away with water. The crushed sand being heavier than water settles on the bottom part of the trough of the screw conveyor and is conveyed at the discharge end.

The dry feed material 0-5mm from the crushing plant and water is added in to the fabricated tank equipped with slow moving screw where decantation takes place with low turbulence flow.   Water with (-) 150 microns will be carried away by the flowing water moves in the opposite side and collected in weir and discharged outside.   The washed /Classified cleaned sand, through rotation of the screw against the water stream flow The cleaned sand will be lifted by the rotating bucket wheel fall on the De watering screen.   The slotted perforations in the special screen deck allows to remove water from the washed sand and water goes back in to the washing process, The cleaned & dewatered sand falls on to belt conveyor and to stock   Available in 3 variants of capacities up to 200TPH.
