The forged steel blade ends sits at the bottom cup of the standard and is locked by the corresponding top cup to make a rigid connection. Features: ledgers horizontals typically provide the support for decks. Can also be used as mid and top support rails for the hand safety guard rail system. These are made of high strength steel pipes per the following standards: en-10219, bs1139, a513, is1161 etc. 48.3mm outer dia and 3.2mm thickness tubes are used and forged steel blades ends are welded at both ends. vertical cuplock is for quick fastening in a horizontal manner. 4 horizontal bars can be attached at one time for firm clamping. It has benefits like assembling & dismantling, thus saving much time and labor. the cuplock standards are the vertical elements of the system scaffold. Manufactured from high yield steel tube, 48.3mm diameter by 3.2mm wall thickness. They incorporate fixed lower cups and 0.5m vertical centers with a captive free upper cup to form horizontal connections to up to four other components from the system.
