The Rub profness tester consistes of two discs Pressure between the disc being determined by a dead load applied to the upper disc both rotate the same speed.  Two contact disc rotate in contact at a same angular speed,giving constant relative velocity all points of the disc.  Rubbing with standard dead weight (LBS) for ink inmpression, reliable and accurate results.
