Being non toxic they are used in the food, beverage, hospital, pharma and cosmetic industry to lubricate equipment, components, conveying systems and as an anti seize on threaded connections, where incidental food or human contact is unavoidable. shelf life silicone high vaccume grease # ss 7212 does not exhibit any significant changes in properties if stored properly in original packs for over two years. Slight hardening is considered normal and is reversible by agitation. However, warranty claims, in case of manufacturing defects is limited to one year from date of manufacturing.
