The refining process is of a chemical type and is made by means of a specific and rigorous procedure that uses chemical reagents basic low-polluting impact. The cylindrical reactor with stirrer is suitably designed to allow perfect homogenization during the conduct of the process and ensure a complete reaction. The filtration system is very versatile and allows to reduce the neutralization time. The range of chemical refining plants is very wide and allows to treat quantity 'of silver up to 500 kg per batch. The production time may 'vary from a few minutes up to 3-4 hours for large systems, where it is required high purity silver. The described plant can undergo customizations on the customer's request, photos posted are just one example of the many possible system solutions. Based on the needs of the customer it is possible to create tailor-made systems, with suitable characteristics to the machining process required.

This is a 10 kgs capacity Silver Refining Plant based on internationally accepted technological process.   The process is carried out with motorised pumps for transfers in Safe manner and is provided with adequate safety measures.   Precious Metal is recovered fully in ready to melt form.   Training in operation and maintenance of the equipment and refining is provided.   We provide hands on factory training prior to shipment.   The equipment is suitable to run on 220 volts single phase or 380 / 440 volts three phase AC electric supply. We also have larger capacity refining machines upto 50 kgs per charge Silver refining.   We also offer Gold refinery equipment in 1.0 kg capacity as per photos shown herewith. Please note that we also offer higher capacity Gold refinery units. 

Silver electrolytic refining is currently the most economical and functional process able to ensure 999.0% silver production.   Work Stages Contain 3 Steps:   Ag containing anode material melting Electrolytic refining Pure silver fusion obtained according to amount requested by customer ( grit, ingots, galvanic use anodes etc.)   Operation Description:   Anodes are inserted within special electrolysis cells designed for recovery of both silver and precious metals contained in the initial material. Silver crystals resulting from the process gather on basin frustum and are subsequently downloaded through the bottom valve. Crystals are washed on a Buchner filter, dried and fused according to customer needs ( grit, ingots, galvanic use anodes etc.) Usually during the process of electrolysis, complete anode dissolution is not obtained. The residue is melted once again to produce new anodes. The plant provided by us allows total anode dissolution avoiding the second fusion and ensuring a 10% increase in productivity. Plant installation and start-up is performed by our specialized technicians.
