The flight conveyor can handle boulders upto 30 mm size and the feeding height of the conveyor is only 2.5 to 3 mtr. Hence, the plant can be fed with the help of loaders without any feeding ramp. BEV undertakes procurement, manufacture, testing, assembly, hook up and function testing of skid mounted assemblies. Typically, compressor skids, pump skids, metering / proving skids, dosing skids, pig launcher-receiver skids, washing skids etc. Usually skid layout is provided by the overall system designer including the structural and piping drawings. In case designing and detailing of piping, structural frame, pipe supports, equipment supports, platforms etc. is required, BEV could handle them. Design and detailed engineering of static equipment (e.g., filters, knock out drum, surge vessel etc.) could also be done. Prime cost items such as motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, agitators, control system elements, measuring instruments, valves and appurtenances etc. can be purchased and installed based on process system designer’s specifications and data sheets. BEV has the capability to integrate various components such as skid structure, pipe work, static and rotary equipment, electrical system, controls and instrumentation system etc. BEV has a team of competent design engineers, design associates and draftsmen experienced in the field. Generally Autocad 2D is used for drafting and 3D for modeling and interference checks. Piping stress analysis can be carried out at our design associates if required.   Materials of construction range from carbon steel, various grades of low alloy steels through stainless steels like SMO (6% Mo) and Duplex/Super Duplex Stainless Steel including exotic metals like titanium, cupro nickel, incolloy etc. We have an extensive range of WPQRs covering a wide range of materials, thicknesses and welding processes such as SAW, SMAW, GTAW and FCAW.
