Over travel is provided in the stabilizers to level the vehicle on uneven ground. The stabilizers are fitted with swivel pads and are flush with chassis when retracted.

And hand operated hydraulic power pack is provided to use during emergency lowering of the bucket to rescue the crew members. Hydraulic system : Hydraulic system is powered by the engine power take off or by pulley belt drive. Structure : Two booms, upper & lower are made of M S box. Two booms as well as hydraulic cylinders are pivoted on bushes, which are pivoted by pins made of Standard materials. A rotary joint is provided at the base i.e. on the chassis of vehicle. Lifting movements of equipment : Two hydraulic cylinders, double acting with mirror finished honed tubes and induction surface hardened rams are provided to actuate the lower & upper boom of the equipment. Stability : Two legs are provided at the back of the chassis of vehicle which give the stability to whole structure during the working of the equipment and provided swivel pads. Rotation : Bucket can be rotated 360 degree for taking position of bucket for working. Bucket for working : Bucket is made of fiberglass material, insulated to 600V, non-slippery and light weight. Parallel links are provided to keep the bucket horizontal during lifting up its position. Panel board : Operating Valves are provided at the deck and at bucket. Legs control switches are lever operated and provided at the deck only. We manufacture high grade Elevated Work Platform (Skylift) which is used for maintaining electrical fittings at the elevated height. It is fabricated on 4 - wheel trolley which can be to towed by jeep or tractor. It can also be assembled on truck when fast movement is required. It comprises of an upper boom and a lower boom which is lowered and lifted by hydraulic cylinders. A high quality cage made out of the FRP which is insulated for 600 V is fitted at the top end of the upper boom.The boom assembly can rotate by 360°by hydraulic motor to enable the electrician to position himself accurately. Further, it consists of two out riggers which protrude on both sides of the trolley or truck that ensures stability. A separate diesel engine is provided to power hydraulic system for Trolley Mounted Sky Lift whereas for Truck Mounted Sky Lift power is taken using PTO of the gear box. Manually operated direction control valves are mounted on block located on rotating support according to operator’s choice. We offer Twin Control also, one on platform and other on Cage. SAFETY ACCESSORIES AND DEVICES  Lock valves to boom cylinders to safe guard operator in case of any hose failure/leakage. Flasher on driver’s cabin. Spot light in the basket. Emergency hand pump to enable stowing of equipment in case of hydraulic pump/engine failure. The high torque heavy duty slewing bearing on which whole structure is mounted giving smooth slewing operation. Leveling:Parallel linkage is provided to ensure that the operator’s cage remains level in any boom position and there is no lost motion. Operator Cage:A fiberglass cage is mounted on to a steel cradle with non-slip flooring and drain holes for water drainage. The cage is insulated to 600V(tested to 2200V Controls:Dual Controls at base as well as basket are provided to MANIAR hydraulic elevating platform. However, stabilizer controls are provided only at base for safety reasons. Emergency Pump:Emergency hand pump is provided to enable stopping of the equipment in case of pump/engine failure.
