R5272 ( FRONT LOADING ROTARY /FIXED TABLE TYPE SPRAY WASHER WITH RINSE STAGE ) R 5272 series type cleaning machine are multi - stage, single chamber design built for automatic washing rinsing with water based cleaning media followed by drying operation.  The constructional details and features of the R5272 are based on the single stage Rotary/fixed basket type but for the single /twin tank with multi tier filtration system for efficient pressure filters are installed to prevent nozzles blocking, which could otherwise reduces the cleaning performance. separate spray circuitry. The spray bars are mounted with flat pattern nozzles, which provide efficient cleaning results. The machines are fully insulated with stainless steel panels, and therefore the wash water can be heated up to 90°C. Normal working temperature is from 60 -70°C.

Evaporative Cooling Machines utilize the natural process of water evaporation along with an air-moving system to create effective cooling. Outside Ambient air is pulled through filters and it passes through the Cellulose Pads then it cools the air through water evaporation. A blower impeller circulates the cooled air throughout a department, Industrial Shed, Hall etc. by a suitable Ducting and grill network. It is an adiabatic process and works on the principal of heat conversion (sensible to latent.) Evaporative air cooling removes no BTU's from the air as with mechanical refrigeration, it simply converts the heat in the air stream into a form we cannot feel. Heat from the Incoming air passing through a wet media is used to evaporate the water lowering the "dry bulb" temperature. The performance of Evaporative System deteriorates as the humidity level increases in atmosphere. Consequently, Evaporative Systems are not suitable for the humid and coastal regions. These systems are generally suitable for dry areas. The effectiveness of this system will be reduced during rainy seasons. At this time this system can be used as a Fresh Air Ventilation system without using water pump.

Sheet Metal Air Washers are compact in design and suitable for outdoor installation without any roofshed and foundation. Enclosure is divided into two section - Wet section and Fan section. Wet section houses air filters, spray banks or cooling pads, water eliminators, water tank and spray piping. Wet section are made in SS, FRP, MS or GI construction.
