Mec Shot has recently designed, developed, manufactured & successfully installed Airless Shot Blasting Roller Conveyor Machines for different usages like Sand Stones, Marble Panels, Granite and Cement Concrete Interlocking Paving Blocks. Shot Blasting is a mechanical surface preparation process or technique to improve the bonding strength of job by blasting with small balls. Roughness is formed on the surface of the job by the striking tinny spherical balls.

A process performed by using a gang saw.Sawing is almost always a must in any production line, and can be applied to marble, granite, limestone and sandstone. The sawing is done on looms, machines that use steel strapping, grit and water to transform a block stone in what is known as tables or machine equipped with diamond blades (cutters) for production of bands, tile or stone plate. Sawn surface is coarsely polished leaving a semi-smooth, regular finish.

The desired Texture / Finishing can be obtained by varying speed of Conveyor / speed of Blast Wheel / size of Shots etc. Specially designed blanks can be used on Stone to obtain special effect on the surface of the Stone. These Machine can be inlined integrated with various other Stone Treatment Processes like heating / cleaning of Stone as per the clients requirement. The loading and unloading system for Stone Slab can also be integrated with Machine as per customer requirement
