This adhesive is also suitable for adhering similar and dissimilar substrates to achieve strong bonds. Long open time and high coverage can be achieved if used at appropriate environmental and processing conditions. Open time is subjective and depends on environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and foreign particles in air. D. Immediately after bonding the substrates, apply adequate pressure on the component to achieve strong adhesion. E. In order to achieve optimum strength, allow components to store for at least 24 hours at ambient conditions. Precautions a. Polygrip plus 909 contain highly volatile and flammable solvents, therefore, appropriate care must be taken for ventilation during application. B. Product must not be exposed to naked flame and very hot objects.
