Application De-Duster is pharmaceutical processing equipment that removes the fine surface dust from tablets by using a vibratory effect. This machine can be linked directly to any type of high-speed tablet press.   In Elevating Dedusterthere are vibrated uphill type sieves. The tablets enter the bottom inlet of perforated sieve from directly Tablet Press then they are gently vibrated and the tablet to move forward, upward, turning and rotating along the spiral up hill path of the perforated plate to outer at top of the sieve.Inspiral deduster there is vibrated spiral path perforated sieve. The tablets enter in centre of perforated sieve from directly Tablet Press then they are gently vibrated and the tablet to move forward, turning and rotating along the spiral path of the perforated plate to outer peripheries.   Features All contact parts AISI 316 & non-contact parts AISI 304. In this Tablet Deduster, compressed Tablets received from the Tablet Press are conveyed upwards and the de-dusting is achieved through vibration. On this Deduster, the tablets are gradually elevated upwards by adjustable vibration along perforated stainless steel tray to ensure that dust that is adhering to tablets is effectively discarded. Tablets free of dust, enhance performance in downstream operations like coating, bottle, strip or blister packaging. All contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 316 Grade and non contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 304 Grade. The Deduster is also provided with a see through cover made of acrylic at the top of the unit. Vacuum nozzles are provided to remove dust through a Dust Collection / Extraction Machine (optional). The Standard Deduster conveys/dusts the tablets for approx. 1 meter. A bigger model which conveys/dusts the tablets for approx. 3 meter is also available.
