Surface coatings are regularly subjected to damage by impact. This instrument provides proper evaluation of the coating resistance to impact by falling weight method.  The instrument consists of a graduated (in both Cm and Inches) vertical seamless light weight aluminum tube, mounted on a heavy solid base. This tube acts as a guide for a pre-determined weight with indenter & handle, and an adjustable weight holding ring. The height of fall, means the force of impact can be altered by adjusting the ring guide from variable heights up to 1 meter onto the sample panel firmly placed on the base plate. The force of impact can be increased or decreased by replacing the falling weights. All clamping arrangements are so designed to hold the guide tube firmly, without scratching the guide tube. The basic instrument has been designed as per ASTM D 2794 with Ball indentor size of 16mm, falling ball weight 2lbs. BS 3900-E13 /ISO 6272 with Ball indentor size of 20mm, falling ball weight 1 kg. Conformity to other standards can also be provided on request. The falling weight method provides reliable evaluation of the coatings resistance to impact. A mass (with or without indenter, depending on standards) guided by a graduated tube, falls from variable heights up to 1 m onto the sample panel firmly clamped onto a die. The pass/fail height or force to failure can be determined on the tube scale. Three versions are available, according to various standards.

Tubular Level gauges are simple reliable device for direct reading in atmospheric or pressured tank application. It has mounted parallel along the side of tank, and gives local liquid indication in the transparent glass tube as the process level fluctuates. Gland packing design provides tension free tube installation to achieve zero leakage and also enables glass removal for replacement or cleaning without dismantling of tubular gauge. Auto-shut of ball check valve arrangement provided for preventing liquid loss during glass breakage.

We are offering hi-power tubular batteries are assembled with tubular positive and pasted negative plates made of a special alloy. They are provided with transparent sealed float indicators and micro porous aqua trap vent plugs, which allow generated gases to escape and traps water particles, returning the major portion to the electrolyte. This reduces the frequency of topping up. With extra electrolyte head and proper voltage control, the frequency of topping up will be once a year.
