Through this process, the oil is purified and conditioned to a safe operational standard without removing additives or detergents. Vacuum dehydration is the only comprehensive method for complete removal of water from the oil. Oil can be revived to its original state through low temperature distillation along with fine filtrations.

The equipment utilizes low temperature drying under vacuum conditions which results in excellent quality dried product without loss of colour, nutritional value or taste. The dehydrator uses steam as the heating medium to dissipate heat evenly in the shelves. The products are spread out in perforated trays and placed on steam heated shelves. The chamber is vacuumised and the product is dried by indirect heat at low temperature.Available in 4,12, 24, 48 and 96 trays capacity models with optional MS or SS outer body.

Our Vacuum Drying Autoclaves are designed and manufactured as per the specifications provided by our clients. We have the capability to manufacture high performance autoclaves which increase the efficiency and performance of any plant. This equipment comprises a vacuum autoclave in which a cylinder containing a piston is situated at one end and can be closed at the end by a hollow piston containing a condenser casing. The cylinder is evacuated through a port and the piston is lowered to close the port immediately an injection valve is opened to fill the cylinder with an impregnating substance. When the injection valve is shut the piston slowly presses the impregnant out through the neck of the condenser casing. The pressure is increased till the ejection valve opens. A blast of gas cleans the cylinder to remove any remaining impregnant.
