The FBC-series, vertical four pass solids fuel fired thermic fluid/thermal oil heater is designed for maximum efficiency, using a variety of solid fuels including agro-waste fuels. It allows high process temperatures at low operating pressures.   The combustion system for solid fuels consists of fuel handling and stoking equipment, refractory lined chamber, air and flue gas handling system (including I.D. fan and F.D. fan) with blowers and pollution control equipment. The furnace construction is done on site (only for bricks works). It includes foundation, fabrication and erection of supporting structure, building up refractory chambers, fixing up firing doors, ash doors, access doors, support bars for fire grates, grate bars, etc. - For fuel such as coal, wood, brickets, baggasse, etc.- Option of grate/inclined perforated grate/flat grate, etc.- Easy operation in different type of solid fuel with maximum efficiency.

The water is inside the shell & tubes .The flue gases of combustion travel through the outer of the tubes in the shell. This is rugged design boiler which can withstand a higher degree of hardness in the water. Blow down valve is provided for the removal of TDS in the boiler water. This is a vertical design shell and tube type boiler suitable for various fuels like wood, coal, briquettes, rice husk etc. or combustion of those fuels.The fuel is burnt on the grate bars provided in the furnace and the flue gas travel upwards through the cross tubes in the boiler transferring heat to the water inside the shell and tubes. The water feeding can be manual or automatic through an automatic water level controller as per customer requirements. In case of oil firing option are available for manual burners or imported fully automatic burners.
