Vibrating feeders are used to convey and extract material from hoppers and bins at a controlled rate. These units are suited to both heavy duty and abrasive applications, when supplied with appropriate surface coatings and liners. The feeders can be installed with either hanging or foot mounted suspensions or a combination of both. Details : All kwality Convenyors feeders are engineered to meet the application requirements and are available in trough and tube models for light, medium and heavy duty applications. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.

Our Vibrating Feeders are widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipment in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc. Working Principle of Vibrating Feeders There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like Para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.

STAR TRACE Vibratory Bowl Feeders found extensive application for feeding automatic machine tools with separate blank and for the orientation for small blanks of the most complex configuration. The Vibration principle is employed for rectilinear travel of the blanks along a vibrating chute, for elevating the blanks along the helical ramp of a vertical vibratory conveyor with helical oscillation and for orienting blanks in vibratory-bowl feeders having single or multiple start helical track, or ramps, on the internal surface of a cylindrical bowl to which helical oscillations are imparted. Under the action of the vibrations, the blanks are dispersed over the convex bottom of the bowl towards the walls where they enter the input end of the track along when they travel upward the orienting device allows only the properly oriented blanks to reach the delivery end of the track, all others are dislodged and drop back onto the bottom of the bowl. CONSTRUCTIONS: Bowls: Bowls have many distinct tooling features built into the basic bowl design, with tracks varying in width and shape to accommodate different types of components. These inherent features of the bowl are of great assistance, when bowl tooling is being developed to fulfill a specific tooling application.
