ADVANTAGES ⦁ For fixing tiles & natural stone on interior floor & wall. ⦁ Single component – Just add water ⦁ Water & Shock Resistant  ⦁ Polymer-modified Bonds with various substrates.  Coverage Details (per 20kg bag:) Packaging: 20 kg Colour: Grey & White Installation Guide for ASTRIC™ ASTABLISS To achieve a successful installation of very large format/thin tiles, follow these recommendations: ⦁ Proper surface preparation ⦁ Proper material mixing & application ⦁ Use of an edge-leveling system ⦁ Beating of the tile into the mortar bed using a rubber mallet Surface Preparation: ⦁ Ensure all surfaces are structurally sound, clean, and free of dirt, oil, grease, loose paint, laitance, concrete sealers, or curing compounds. ⦁ Proper surface preparation is crucial. Remove any demolding wax powder from the back surface of the tile. If a fiber mesh is present on the back surface, ensure it is completely removed before proceeding with the installation using ASTRIC™ ASTABLISS. ⦁ Dry, dusty concrete or masonry surfaces should be moistened, and any excess water should be removed. You can install on a damp surface. New concrete slabs need to be damp-cured and must be 28 days old before applying.  Material Preparation & Application: Mixing Procedure: ⦁ Place clean, potable water into a clean mixing bowl. Add ASTRIC™ ASTASUN Super Flex powder. Use approximately 5.5–6 L of water for 20 kg of powder. Mix with a low-speed paddle drill to achieve a smooth, paste-like consistency. Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes, then stir again before use. Stir occasionally without adding more water. Properly mixed, troweled ridges should stand without slump. Mixing Ratios: ⦁ Mix 5.5-6 L of clean water with a 20 kg bag of mortar.

Wall care is a polymer modified cementitious tile adhesive used for fixing ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles and stone of regular size on wall and floor with regular traffic. It is applicable for both interior and exterior conditions. Key features it is a ready to mix; a single component product, just add water in the specified proportion and apply. It has excellent adhesion properties, no slip is observed on vertical applications. Shrinkage cracks are minimizedeliminated due to its self curing properties. Larger quantity of material can be mixed at a time due to its longer pot life. The tiled floor can be made available for foot traffic after 24 hours. It provides good water as well as heat resistance for external applications. Recommendation it is recommended for application on cementitious substrates, self leveling screeds and fibre cement boards. Note - for application on any other substrate please contact dr. Wall care personnel for technical assistance direction for use clean the substrate of oil stains and bond inhibiting compounds. Also remove dirt, dust and laitance, if any, using high pressure water jet or any other suitable method. Ensure that the substrate is flat, stable, well adhered and has a normal absorption. Concrete screeds, renders and block work should be cured sufficiently to avoid the shrinkage cracks. Correct the local undulationdamage on the substrate at least 48 hours before the application of dr. Wall care tile adhesive. Saturate the surface well and remove excess water before application of the tile adhesive.
