Murhopye’s micro-processor incubator shaker is ideal for continuous operation built to run over a wide speed range with any amount of unbalanced workload. It is available in I7545G and I4545G having Gyratory motion and having reciprocal motion.The shaking platform is interchangeable and it is driven by a powerful DC motor and the speed of which can be continuously varied from 30-300 RPM digitally. The set speed is indicated through digital display and it remains constant throughout the operation. Water Bath shaker units are double walled with exterior body and inner chamber of stainless steel having effective insulation in between at hat does not allow the loss of heat for longer period of time. Double walled chamber, inner chamber made of stainless and outer fabricated out of cold roller mild steel sheets duly finished in attractive powder coat point. The pyramid-Cal lid is also made of stainless steel prevents falling of condensed water droplets on the inner space between the two walls is tightly packed with special grade glass wool in order to prevent thermal losses. Heating is achieved by immersion type heater and the temperature is controlled by hydraulic type thermostat within the operating range from Ambient +5oC to 95oC. The bath is provided with an oscillating tray riding on ball rollers oscillated through a gear variable speed motor. Shaking speed range is between 40 to 140 cycles per minutes. The shaking tray can either hold test tubes or conical flasks of 25 ml to 1000 ml as ordered by the users. Supplied completed with one shaking tray and cord and plug.
