They,should be dry and properly leveled. For best results. roughen the surfaces to be bonded Stir contents of the container before use Can be diluted with clean water by continuous stirring, if needed (More than clean water should not be used) Apply an even cOat of POLYGON 0 first on comparatively non-porous surfaces and then on porous surfaces Excellent flow and spreodibility that can give higher coverage For Ply to Laminate, Before agdwing adhesive to dry, bring both surfaces in contact,,align properly and start pressing from one side by using wet squeezed cloth to avoid bubbles, and ensure uniform contact. For Wood To Wood: Before allowing adhesive to dry. bring both the surfaces in conk:Ida-arid align properly To get best results keep them pressed for 24 hours. Excess adhesive that oozes out from edges should be wiped off with a wet squeezed cloth Pressure can be applied bY using no.% clarnps. weight. Cold Press. Hot Press. Roller Press, etc. if required. pressure can be released after 6 to 8 hours and the bonded assembly can be processed further. Before application ensure that the level of plastered surface should be "O" level (to reduce material consumption) Clean the surface thoroughly & ensure dust free surface. Apply Master Adhesive on Stone I Tile with iron grooved blade, spread thoroughly over the surface. Press the Stone I Tile against the application surface and apply some pressure. Remove the excess material. Then follow the same steps for rest of the Stone I Tile. For better results apply primer coat of Smart Master Coat on plaster surface and also on base of the stone I Tile.

Precautions & Limitations : Do not add Antique Cem Bond AW+111 directly to dry cement & aggregate mix. Maintain water-cement ratio as low as possible. Do not increase the dosage of Antique Cem Bond AW+111 than the recommendation.  Dosage : 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cementPacking : 200 ml, 1, 5 , 20 & 200 literShelf Life & Storage :  Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened conditions.  Store in a cool & dry place.
