This eliminates the need for manual adjustments, making them ideal for handling a wide range of vessel sizes effortlessly. Self-Aligning Rotators: Precision and Efficiency INNOVIC’s self-aligning rotators are designed with trunnion brackets that automatically adjust the wheel alignment when transitioning between different diameters, eliminating the need for any manual adjustments. Each section of the rotator supports the vessel or job at four points, providing superior traction. On machines with capacities ranging from 3 tonnes to 500 tonnes and above, all four wheels on the drive section are positively driven. This four-point suspension offers a significant advantage, especially when handling thin-walled vessels, ensuring even support. The two top-leading wheels of the drive section feature clutches that can be disengaged prior to loading. This allows the top wheels to rotate freely as the vessel is loaded, preventing any damage to the transmission. Whether the vessel is lowered centrally or onto one wheel first, the system ensures that no harm is caused, regardless of the vessel’s weight.

These Rotators are designed to rotate cylindrical vessels of all types. Each set comprises of 1 drive and 1 idler unit. Standard Drive options: A.C. VFD Drive or D. C. Variable speed. Consrtruction of the MSCR Rotator is similar to that of the conventional type of rotators. Only the wheel mounting brackets slide on the bed by way of LH andRH lead screws. The Lead screw is rotated manually by a handle. The roller brackets move simultaneously towards each other or away from each other. IN the Drive unit, both the wheels are individually driven by separate motor and gearbox. Provided with ON/OFF in Auto/Manual mode. Reverse/Forward and inching facility in Manual mode with 10 M cable Pendant Control. Types of Wheels: Polyurethane / Steel Fabricated from heavy steel plates and with strongly welded sections, the pivot shaft housing and the bearing housings in the swivel brackets are accurately machined in one setting. The wheel shaft runs on heavy duty spherical roller bearings housed in swivel brackets. All the wheels in the drive unit are positively driven by a train of duplex chain or spur gears. The outer wheels in the swivel bracket in the Drive unit are fitted with clutches with liners meant for preventing breakage during loading and unloadfing of jobs on the rotator. Swivel brackets adjust themselves according to the diameter of the vessel. Centre axis of the job remains unaltered for all job diameters. Suitable for thin walled shells. Better acceptability of ovality of vessels as compared to other models. Most accepted design for busy fabrication shops. Types of Wheels: Polyurethane/ Steel
