LRB rock wool mattress are made out of molten rocks (Basalt) transformed into fibres and then bonded with thermosetting binder forming mattress and then it is stitched with one side or both sides GI or SS hexagonal wire netting. LRB rock wool mattress are exceptionally suitable for wrapping large curve surface or cutting to fit over irregular surfaces like Boilers, Equipments, E.S.P, Ducts, Ovens, Furnaces, Tanks, Pipe Lines, Chimney Walls etc.

rockloyd matress/blanket (lrb matress) like all scientifically processed fibrous insulants is composed of fibers which are laid in the optimum configuration offers maximum resistance to heat flow, fire protection & sound attenuation. To retain these exceptional properties up to the point of end-use, fibers are interlocked by lightly bonding them together with minimum thermosetting binder. Subsequently, matress are factory stitched to specified wire mesh using a continuous stitching machine to permit a ready-to-use configuration.
