Efficiency : 60 to 65 bundles of paddy are threshed per minute. Fresh, moist dry & even diseased, paddy bundles can be threshed completely. Threshed paddy is clean and pure, so a higher selling price can be quoted. We get Clean, intact and pure paddy grains, no need to winnow further and so higher selling price can be quoted. Grains do not remain stuck to the bundles of paddy and the grains also remain unbroken. In hand threshing per acre about 140 to 200 kg of grains remain unthreshed. Where as by using this thresher there is no wastage and hence you get an extra profit of about Rs. 1200 to Rs. 2000 per acre. New model which can be operated with a tractor, but does not give load to the tractor. Paddy bundles remains uncut and intact exactly like hand threshed bundles. In other thresher grains remains stuck so loss of grains, where as in our thresher grains does not remains stuck with the bundles. In other thresher bundle ( hay) crushed after thresher, where as the bundle remains uncut and intact after threshing. This machine is subsidised and Approved by Government of India (NRFMTTI).
