The uss will comprise of hv 12 kv load break switch panel, cast resin air cooled transformer, with associated protection and ventilated housing.the whole assembly is mounted on to a rigid base of steel fabricated section.

Resin cast potential transformers are dry type transformers the active part of which is completely embedded in quartz loaded epoxy resin by using vacuum moulding technique. After moulding the resin is hardened by polymerisation. The main insulation between primary and secondary & earth is obtained by this epoxy resin. These transformers are of compact design with high mechanical and electrical properties.

Intrans make outdoor metering cubilcle consists of two current transformers and one potential transformers along with test terminal block and fuses enclosed in a powder coated galvanised iron enclosure confirming to ip54 standards.

Even under adverse weather conditions the galvanised iron enclosure ensures a long life for the load break switch.

INTRANS make Oil Test Set is used for testing dielectric strength (BDV) of transformer oil. The electrode assembly and other electrical design features are as per the requirement of IS 335IS 6792.

Intrans CSS consists of Oil filled Transformer with HT and LT switchgear. The transformer is of Corrugated tank type of construction and Hermetically sealed. High Tension side of the CSS consists of Load Break Switch or Vacuum Circuit Breaker as required.

Low Tension Current Transformers are used for measurement andor protective applications in 660V Class. In Measuring Current Transformers (Refer TABLE- 1) main concern is the accuracy of the secondary current over a wide operating range. Typically the errors are guaranteed to be within specified limits.

Load break switch panel is used to Switch ONOFF the 11KV supply to the consumer. The panel is installed in indoor. This is installed in between the incoming Board supply and distribution transformer provided at the customer’s premises.

Epoxy resin moulded components are intended for use in heavy duty application like high voltage electrical industry wherein high short circuit currents and dynamic forces are anticipated.

Our Scope of Production include Power and Distribution Transformers of capacity upto 2000KVA and 33KV. Any special transformer within the above power capacity can be designed and manufactured to meet customer’s requirement.
