We are offering non fail safe clutches. Flange mounted and shaft mounted clutches are normally off type and operate on dc voltage. On applying dc voltage to the brake coil, strong magnetic field is produced. Which pulls the armature towards the friction material on the rotor over the air-gap and the torque gets transmitted free of backlash. On switching 0ff power supply, the prestressed spring pulls the armature back into its original position and clutch is positively released free from residua torque.

We are offering non fail safe brakes. Normally-off type operates on power. When power is given to brake coil, armature plate is attracted towards the linear of the brake stator which clamps the rotating component stop to once. On switching off the power, the prestressed spring pulls the armature plate backs to its original position and brake is positively released with no residual torque.

We are offering electromagnetic fail safe brake. When power is given to the brake coil , armature plate is attracted towards the stator against the spring force, thus releasing the rotor to rotate freely. When power is cut off, compression springs push the armature plate back to its original position, which clamps the rotor providing the braking torque.
