Flocculation (Retention Aid - Coagulation Aid ) System : Our polyelectrolyte systems known as "POLYMAT" are specially designed for automatic preparation of polymer solutions either from powder polymers or liquid polymer concentrate as per required gpl or % concentration. The central function, which is to dissolve powder polymers in proportionate to process requirement, makes the plant ideally suited to a variety of technical processing applications, e.g. in Paper Industry, Beverages, Textiles, Cement, Food processing , Water treatment industry etc. It may be used for nearly all available commercial powder polymers and liquid concentrates. Controlled by the in built Process Controller Program, concentrations may be preprogrammed within a range of 0.01% to 2.0% (0.1 gpl to 20 gpl). Different versions of POLYMAT units are available which can be used with either Powder Polymer or Liquid Polymers or Both. Electro- Magnetic Diaphragm Dosing Pumps These pumps are solenoid driven and controlled electronically by a PCB. The only moving part is solenoid armature which in turn moves the diaphragm. These pumps are highly versatile, maintenance free and achieves very fine control of flow. The solid PTFE diaphragm construction makes it very strong & durable. These solenoid driven Diaphragm pumps are best suited for metering applications of up to 55 LPH. The pumps are suitable for a electrical supply of 230 Volt, Single Phase, 50 Hz. Pumps are routinely available with Liquid End of different MOC's such as PVC, PP, Teflon and SS . Other different MOC's are also available for special applications. The pump is fitted with Suction NRV and Discharge NRV. LED mounted on front panel gives visual running status of Pump. It is supplied with standard Accessories of Foot Valve with Strainer and Discharge (Anti Syphon - Injection ) NRV and 3 Mtr of suitable Tubings. Complete customized Skid mounted Dosing system with Control panels and Piping can also be offered to suit any application.   Motorised (Mechanical) Diaphragm Dosing Pumps These pumps are Motor driven . Flow is controlled thru knob controllers fitted on the pump or thru AC Speed Drives when ever automatic control is needed. These pumps work on worm gear reduction and diaphragm movement principle. These pumps can also be offered with single or multiple Liquid ends. The diaphragms are made of high quality EPDM with moulded in steel core and liquid contact surface is always of Teflon material, which makes it very strong and durable These motor driven Diaphragm pumps are best suited for metering applications of up to 3000 LPH. The pumps are supplied with Motor suitable for a electrical supply of 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz. However motor suiting for any other specific electrical rating such as 380 Volt 3 Phase , 230 Volt Single Phase, 60 Hz etc can also be fitted. Pumps are routinely available with Liquid End of different MOC's such as PVC, PP, Teflon and SS . Other different MOC's are also available for special applications. "ProMinent" Sensors and Controllers available for pH , Ozone , Chlorine , Bromine, Chlorine Dioxide, Para Acetic Acid (PAA) , Chlorite, Dissolved Oxygen , Hydrogen Peroxide , ORP, Flouride and Conductivity.   Example : Auto pH Controlling (Neutralisation) System These system are used to automatically control the pH balance of the process liquid. Usually the sensor mounted on suitable sensor housing will be placed inside the tank or in pipeline to measure the actual pH value of the process liquid. This sensor will sense and continuously give the actual pH value of the tank liquid / Pipe line liquid to the pH controller. The controller has provisions for setting of the required pH value (say between 7 to 7.5) . The difference between the actual pH value (as measured by the sensor ) and the required pH value (as set in the controller), will be continuously monitored by the controller and a proportionate signal depending on the difference will be fed to either solenoid valve or Dosing Pump. The solenoid valve or dosing pump in turn will add exact amount of Alkali solution (in case the pH is required to be increased) or Acid solution (in case the pH is required to be reduced) to the process till the required pH value is achieved, thus eliminating any chance of overdosing or under dosing. Based on application requirement , the system can be used to add a single chemical (Either Alkali solution or Acidic solution).   here are different types of pH neutralization systems are based on following : Continuous process or Batch process On line addition or Tank addition application Number of Solenoid Valves or dosing Pumps (Single or Double ) Controller Types ( ON-Off type , PID type (0/4-20 mA Analog), Timing Proportional Gain Type ) The line pH Value and required set pH values are continuousely displayed on LCD screen of Controller. Any change of set value in controller is easily done thru push buttons . Alarm indication for any controller position or pH Status can be taken out. pH Chart recorder or Data logger for recording of controller activities can also be provided. pH Sensors of various types suitable for different applications such as Steam Sterilizable / PVC body / Glass Body / Refillable types and with different mounting options are available. Complete system with Skid mounted solution Tanks (HDPE/SS/MS/FRP), Agitators, Solenoid valves or pneumatic valves or Dosing Pumps, Piping, Control panels, Low level switches with complete automation are also provided by us. Documentation package includes all drawings and Installation/operation manuals. Many of our systems are also supplied abroad thru OEM's and fitted with electrical instruments of relevant rating specific to country of use.
