Continued shot blasting of the corroded layer and filings from sheet metal, sections, simple constructions and small shafts with different types of abrasive, easier and faster cutting and welding of steel semi-finished products with clean surface, multiple increase in durability of surface-protective applications, e.g. colour, enamel, improving structure of the surface of treated objects.

ABRASIVES: Blast cleaning is the ideal cleaning process prior to forming, shearing, rolling, painting or galvanizing. Shot Blasting uses fine steel media to clean, de-scale and remove rust from parts. In wheel blasting, a wheel uses centrifugal force to propel the abrasive against an object. It is typically categorized as an airless blasting operation because there is no propellant (gas or liquid) used. A wheel machine is a high-power, high-efficiency blasting operation with recyclable abrasive (typically steel or stainless steel shot, cut wire, grit or similar sized pellets). For shot blasting application to get the desired surface finish , selection of abrasives media (steel shots/grits/cut wires etc.) are very important as far as the quality & specifications are concerned and should be at par with International standard. Blast cabinet Blast cabinets are the workhorse of the abrasive blasting world. They are an economical, versatile piece of equipment that can be used for many different shapes and sizes of work, as well as a multitude of different abrasives and applications.Cabinets can first be separated into suction and pressure systems:Suction systems utilize the venturi principle to deliver the abrasive to the blast gun via suction (hence the name) where it is combined with your compressed air source and propelled against the work piece.Pressure systems use a pressurized vessel to contain the abrasive. In these systems the abrasive is metered into the compressed air stream at the pot, and travels the length of the blast hose and out of the nozzle under pressure.Wet blast systems propel a slurry of abrasive media and water against the work surface using a special slurry pump and compressed air.
