BEW manufacturing vibrating screen in different sizes and models having single, double, tripple deck depending upon the requirement of customers. These screen are heavy duty type working on principal of circular motion and designed for longer life services and minimum maintenance like regular lubrication of bearing and change of screen plates when necessary. The screen slope is kept 150 to 250 as the case may be. The slope can be adjusted according to situation. Vibration can be adjusted simple by adding or removing counter weight plates corresponding degree of speed.

Rotopactor is very complicated machine and designed to handle large volume materials selectively reduce the particles to the desired size quickly and effectivly. The product by the rotopactor is technically and comfortably acceptable to any authority be it NHAI, or DAM construction. It is on the principle of impact crushing with stone to metal breaking at high speed. This machine is best suitable for crushing of river gravels.

BEW manufactured dust machine in different sizes according to requirement of customers, it is a type roller crusher. It is a simple Roll Crusher only like that is also manufactured out of heavy and tested rolls of manganese steel, one out of them is mounted on slide frame which permit the gap adjustment. The Rollers are fitted in coupling and move on bearings. The moving roller is spring loaded and provides safety to any feared damage incase of uncrushable materials passes through. These roll crusher are mainly used for making dust, 2 to 6mm products. Its feed size is 10mm to 25mm. These roll crusher are manufactured in different sizes.

Balaji Engineering works manufactured loader in heavy duty used for loading of crushed material into trucks and saving lot of time and man power. These loader are portable and can be driven to a desired place. These loader can be used for loading material upto 40mm. The loader consists of mainly three parts. 1. Bucket Elevators 2. Belt Conveyors 3. Moving Trolley which are of steel construction Conveyor and elevator are rigidly mounted on the trolley a well balanced unit. POWER: Three motors of 7.5 H.P. of 1440rpm-2nos. And 5 H.P. of 1440rpm- 1 nors. -3to phase is required. All the controls are centrally located to enable the operate to handle of loader machine conveniently.

Crushing is managed by pulping or material by law plates dully placed at due angle for maximum output and minimum consumption of power and exerting appropriate thrust on the crushing zone as well on the whole body. The basic thrust is obtained by the eccentric movement of pitman which is transferred to lever with the help of rear and front toggle plates connect the pitman with lever and toggle block. The lever consists of one jaw plate (moving) which exerts the thrust on the other jaw plate (fixed) on the body. This thrust crusher the material between the jaw plates. Then crusher material travels down ward by gravity and falls on the discharge chutes. The sizes of products can be adjusted by cutting or increasing the toggle plates and lowering the wedge blocks.

These crushers are used for crushing the crushed materials of jaw crusher (Primary Crusher).These crusher are of same type as primary crusher. Granulators are having the same application, working and specification as jaw Crusher (Primary Crusher).
