The central function, which is to dissolve powder polymers in proportionate to process requirement, makes the plant ideally suited to a variety of technical processing applications, e.g. in Paper Industry, Beverages, Textiles, Cement, Food processing , Water treatment industry etc. It may be used for nearly all available commercial powder polymers and liquid concentrates. Controlled by the in built Process Controller Program, concentrations may be preprogrammed within a range of 0.01% to 2.0% (0.1 gpl to 20 gpl). Different versions of POLYMAT units are available which can be used with either Powder Polymer or Liquid Polymers or Both.
