Metal Flanges: are plated and available in a variety of passivations. Materials currently available are CRC, GPSP, SS 304 & 316.

Plastic Flanges: offer a very high quality finish in a variety of composites: PP, ABS & Polycarbonate.

Aluminium Flanges: Moulded and machined- from small plain profiles to lock flanges. Inner serrations ensure good bonding with the sealing adhesive.

Wire and weld mesh cages can be supplied in roll form or cut to size sheets to customer needs.

Expanded Metal: in a multiple range of size, thickness and materials- Mild Steel, Galvanized Iron, Stainless Steel and Aluminium, are produced to suit client specification in metal expander machines.

Available in various sizes and dimensions to suit customer's needs and specifications. Bulk orders are executed due to customisation of specific manufacturing process.

These can be supplied in any size and perforated configuration in carbon, aluminum, brass and in stainless steel. The size, pitch and profile of perforations are manufactured to suit the specific filter requirements. Special tooling can also be undertaken.

Gaskets come in a variety of profile and sizes - triangular, elliptical, round, rectangular. They are in standard sizes or tailor-made to drawings in EPDM,synthetic, Neoprene, Silicon, etc. for the filter industry used for air and gas turbines, hydraulic, fuel and lube filter components.

we offer Blade Pleaters. for paper and synthetic media allow manufactures of Parallel accordion pleats in single or multiple layers. Pleat depth range from 5mm to 150mm, and pleat width of upto 3000mm, give full flexibility to customers in media roll selection and optimization of their production-line.

We offer rotary pleaters. Are customized for specific filter sizes and media and enable high speed filter pleat production of desired profile.

Pleat Lock Rotary Pleater: undertakes pleating of filter media. Models for cellulose and synthetic media in all categories are also available.
