Two suction unit feeding head ensures a high-speed stream feeding of sheets. Location of Front lay & rotary gripper ensures good jogging (adjustment) and smooth transfer of sheets to impression cylinder. Both sides jogging (adjustment) is ensured by universal side lay for five registration. New designed compressor ensures sufficient quantity of air. Slewing of impression cylinders can be electrically carried out at minimum speed. All three cylinders are hard chromium plated. Plates can be easily finger trip clamped with the possibility of their diagonal slewing. Six roller damping system with a steadily rotating fountain rollers gives fine supply of damping liquid to the printing plates. Re-base of single sheet from delivery unit when the machine is running. All controls of the machine are located on the control panel and feeding head. Double sheet detector. Polymaster can be used Automatic washing up device saves time & labour. Centralized Oil lubrication system.
