Resolver from Encoders India give 4-20 mA/0-20 mA output signal corresponding to the angular position of the resolver shaft. It is very compact having 58 mm body dia, 6 mm shaft dia. and 69 mm overall depth (excluding shaft and connector). Its typical application involves precise positioning of dancer arm in textile and cable industry. The resolver can be calibrated to cover any apecified angle from 22.5° to 360°. Linear encoders Sensor, transducer or readhead paired with a scale that encodes position. The sensor reads the scale in order to convert the encoded position into an analog or digital signal, which can then be decoded into position by a digital readout (DRO) or motion controller.

  It generates 0-10V DC analog signal (factory set) proportional to the rpm of the Tacho-generator shaft. 10V output can be given at the maximum specified rpm which can be from 5 rpm to 6000 rpm. Alternatively a current signal of 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA can also be provided instead of voltage output.

FEATURES : Pulse Multiplication: To improve the resolution of the DRO pulse multiplication technique has been used i.e. input module counts the leading and trailing edges of the pulse trains from ch-A and ch-B of the encoder. Hence the CRO counts (PPRx4) per revolution of the encoder. Start from preset : A preset value can be set and reading will start from the preset value. Scaled reading : A scale factor can be set within the range from 0.00001 to 9.99999.
