Rubber bonded grinding wheels show different characteristics compared to other bonded grinding wheels. They are resilient and as strong as the others. Suitable where coolant is used. The finish obtained with them is high and rich. They can be used in precision grinding, cutting, grooving, polishing, regulating and flute grinding.

Regulating wheels are used in centreiess grinding as control wheels. Most wheels are with straight and recessed sides with diameter ranging from 50mm to 400mm and thickness from 25mm to 250mm. These products are mainly used for polishing application like polishing of watch cases, audio & video heads, printing rolls, cylinders, compressor parts, surgical equipments, vehicle rims, tools & auto parts, dies & moulds, ferrous or non-ferrous material, metal or non-metal like stainless steel, brases, steel, copper, aluminium, bronze, glass, stones etc. Besides polishing these products can be used for burr removal, descaling, rust, removing and for any such applications.

These are small grinding wheels mounted to steel shanks consisting of aluminium oxide, CBN and Diamond are primarily used on grinding machine clamped in position by means of a collet. They are ideal small tools both for coarse, heavy duty work and superfine grinding work on precision parts.

Honing tools are available for any type of honing machine with CBN/ Diamond sticks mounted and adjusted. We also provide fixturing of honing machines, including honing fixtures and gaging systems, honing tools with single or double expansion for plateau honing.

Dressing tool which is the responsible factor in dressing process should be of hardness and wear resistance. Diamond dressing tools are available for all applications and also to meet special requirements. They are reliable and economical.

Depressed Center Discs (DCDs) are used for grinding stainless steel, alloys, mild steel and cast iron. Twenty seven types of DCDs are manufactured in resinoid bond to meet different grinding purposes. Cut-Off wheels are used to cut material to prescribed dimensions. These wheels are available with or without reinforcing. These are also manufactured in resinoid bond.

We have developed special fine grit wheels for fine polishing on various materials before buffing. Our range of these wheels are in grits 320 to 1200 (FEPA standards). The watch case industry are the major user for these products. Our range comprises of wheels for rough grinding, precision grinding, cutting of metal, ceramic, glass, stone or any other ferrous & non-ferrous material. The most important part of the grinding wheel is the vitrified bond which join the grains. We use various types of bonds specially developed for each operation of grinding and manufacture wheel upto 300mm in diameter for centreless surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. Also for use on work pieces like drills, milling cutters, saws, gears etc. where cutting quality and low heat generation are specially important. We have developed special cool cutting bonds.
