‘FIBRECRETE’ MULTIPURPOSE -THERMAL, ACOUSTIC & STRUCTURAL WOODWOOL INSULATION BOARD.
PRODUCT:
‘FIBRECRETE’ the light weight multipurpose Insulation board, is produced by a special process. Impregnated Woodwool, mineralized with magnesite is Hydraulically Compressed (6 way) into boards as per IS: 3308/ 1981, BS: 1105, DIN: 1101. The boards are of regular structure, not brittle, highly resistant against fire, fungus & insects attacks, and do not react to concrete, metal or any other building materials, paints etc. Its porous inner structure effectuates an effective sound absorption. ‘FIBRECRETE’ ARE AN EFFECTIVE NOISE PROTECTION AND BEST SUITED FOR REGULATION OF REVERBERATION [Tested from NPL & AIR Prasar Bharti, New Delhi as per IS 8225, ISO 354]
Rooms fitted with FIBRECRETE in walls, ceilings and floors, WITHOUT INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING OR HEATING PLANT, can resist heat to a great extent maintaining 10°F to 15°F cooler in summer and warmer in winter in the inside, thus reducing cost of plant and reducing cost of power as well as plant maintenance ; at the same time, INCREASE PERSONAL COMFORT AND HIGHER WORK EFFICIENCY by elimination of undesirable noise.
FIBRECRETE panels are highly Fire Resistant and confirm to BS 476 part 5, 6 & 7 from CBRI, Roorkee.
As a structural material, FIBRECRETE being lighter than others, considerably reduces dead load of structures, thereby saving appreciable expenses on foundation, walls, columns, beams, etc..
FABRIC:-
One side fabric in different shades & texture on Fibrecrete Panels can enhance the looks of interior. This concept is highly in use in Multiplexes.
PAINTING:-
The raw materials wood & magnesite effect, gives a natural off white color to ‘Fibrecrete’. Moreover the slabs can be painted in any color, and with some imagination and courage to colors, very gay and decorative effects can be gained. Spray Painting will by no means reduce the properties of sound absorption.
FOR AIR-CONDITIONING PURPOSES:-
One side Plaster Of Paris/Gypsum, Cement or Sawdust Plaster is ideal for this purpose.
