This machine is used to paste or bond pre-molded plastic discs (end caps) to the filter media by application of heat and pneumatic pressure. The pre-molded plastic disc is softened on a table top die by applying heat to it through a retractable heater (actuated through a pneumatic cylinder kept underneath the table) for a pre-set time of about 5 – 10 seconds.
