FlexAll Smooth bore Teflon hose is manufactured from virgin PTFE resin with AISI 304, Stainless Steel, high tensile braid.   Properties: Virtually resistant to all chemicals, except molten a;kali metals or halogens at elevated temperatures. Non-Sticking, easy to clean. Excellent mechanical resistance for vibrations & flexing. Non-Flammable. Non-ageing & very good U.V Resistance. Chemically inert. Good Dielectric properties. Low coefficient of friction, ensuring low pressure drop.

APPLICATIONS : This type of assemblies is  used when ordinary insulation is not sufficient for certain applications or when specific minimum temperatures are required to convey viscous substances.   It consists of two hoses one inside the other, with various cross sectional differences. One of the hoses, generally the external one carries  a heating or cooling agent. Sometimes it is the other way round. In other cases, the external hoses is used as a safeguard.

These are helically wound, strip wound hoses with or without  packing of asbestos yarn, copper wire etc. Dependingupon the application. These are manufactured S-304 and G.I. in all sizes from 4mm ID to 300mm ID. These are supplied complete with end fittings/flanges as per the customers requirement.   These are also supplied with external PVC extruded cover.These are used for engine exhaust applications, liquid handing applications, solid handing applications including suction/blower hose and also for covering corrugated type SS hoses and cables/wires for protection against external abuse.

These are manufactured in SS-304, SS-321 and SS-316 in al sizes from 6mm N.B to 300 mm N.B with pressure rating from full vacuum to 200 Kg/cm and temperature range from-269C to +800C.   These SS hose assemblies are used in PAPER PLANTS,POWER PLANTS, AUTO COMPANIES, CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, TYRE PLANTS, STEEL PLANTS, PLYWOOD INDUSTRIES, DIESEL ENGINE EXHAUSTS, RESEARCH CENTRES etc.   These are supplied with end fittings/flanges exactly as per customers requirements.  

Non metallic expansion joints are flexibles connectors designed to provide stress relief in ducting systems by absorbing movement caused by the thermal changes.   They also act as vibration isolators and shock absorbers.   They are fabricates from a wide variety of non metallic materials including synthetic elastomers, fabrics, insulation materials & fluoro-plastics depending on design.   Rubber expansion joints –Rectangular, Circular & Square. Fabric expansion joints –Rectangular, Circular & Square. These can be supplied in circular, square and rectangular shapes with end flanges as per customer requirement.   FLANGES :   Available as per ASA-150, ASA-300 pound ratings.

We provide a wide range of metallic expansion bellows/compensators in order to take the axial, lateral, angular orany combination of the above movements. These are made from SS 304 & SS 316 for single ply and multi ply construction. Sizes are available from 15m NB to 1000 NB and length upto 500mm.   APPLICATION Pipelines conveying hot air, steam and exhaust gases in diesel engines. Nuclear projects, refractories, processing & power plants.

Application: Medium pressure hydraulic applications including hydraulic fluids, hot oil, grease, lubricant & crude Oils, air & water.
