 Chill Roll & Flaker Unit is composed of Stainless Steel Chill Rollers, Rubberize Belt, Flaker and driving system. The kneaded melting material output from extruder is diverted to chill roller and is sheeted at a thickness of 1-2mm. The rolls are cooled by cooling water.
