Each oven is provided with different heating zone with gradual rise in temperatureheat load. The walls of the ovens are thermally insulated. The walls are lined internally and externally with thick gauge M.S. sheet over the insulation. Provided with 06(min.) to 18(max.) air circulation fans depending upon the size of the oven. Provided with Digital Temperature display and controller for each separate zone. Provided with individual control panel and automatic preset cut-off system for each heating zone. The conveyor speed can be varied with VFD driven geared motor system attached to link chain. Zone wise heating temperature can be controlled within the range of 50°C to 250°C depending upon the size of the oven. Provided with hoods at the inlet and outlet of the oven for discharge of fumes.
