This arrangement gives an advantage of bulk unloading up to 20 T of cane in a single grip. Cane unloading with sling bar arrangement requires systematic loading of cane in the vehicles with slings that are provided by the sugar factory. Sling bar unloads the cane directly on the Feeder Table. Cane feeding in the main conveyor is easily controllable by Feeder Table with variable speed.

Hi-Lo Unloaders are conveniently used to unload cane from specially designed wagon trolley directly to the Feeder Table or open yard. Hi-Lo type Unloaders are hydraulically operated traveling trolley comprising of lifting, tilting and traveling mechanism. It usually runs on rails on ground level and capable to feed cane on all Feeder Table installed near the rails on one line. Hi-Lo Unloader is generally made in robust pipe or plate box fabricated trolley, structure housing, machinery and hydraulic power pack for 5, 10, 15 & 20 T capacities. Rachitech CANE MECHANICAL GRAB is made from steel. It has 2 sets of grabbing fingers mounted on either side lifting beam. The robust design of this grab allows approx 2.5 Tonnes of Cane Grip. It can easily accommodate in the inside width of any Tractor Trolley Truck etc.

Rachitech STANDARD CANE HYDRAULIC GRAB is all steel construction. It has 2 sets of grabbing fingers mounted on either side of body. It is meticulously designed to accommodate in the inside width of a standard truck trolley. Rachitech Hydraulic Grabs are designed up to 5T cane handling cap. per cycle. Opening and closing action of grab is actuated by hydraulic cylinders. Positive and swift action enhances the cane unloading capacity by more than 50% over mechanical grab.

Conventionally, Bagasse from the yard is conveyed back for boiler feeding by a Return Bagasse Carrier. The loading on Return Conveyor is done by means of Dozers, Tractors and manual labour. Rachitech Bagasse Reclaimer System consists of a crane and a moving suspended conveyor. The conveyor has been designed to achieve constant feeding of Bagasse from the Bagasse heap in the entire Bagasse yard. The main advantage of this reclaiming system is constant feeding without involving manual labour and other equipments. The loading length of Return Bagasse Conveyor is installed in the entire length of Bagasse yard. The overhead crane manipulates Reclaimer Conveyor which feeds the Bagasse from the heap to the conveyor. The entire system is operated by a single operator from a cabin installed at desired location.
