Ultrasonic welding is modern Technique for joining two plastic components. It’s giving defined weld strength of welding. This also says as precision welding process technique.

We have introduced IP welding using Robotic cell which drastically reduced the economic cost. Also we have developed IP for 8 variants. Ultrasonic Welding with Robot, help us to use common Robotic cell for multiple component Joining.

This is the FCB Comp Leak Test machine. It has LH and RH side. The whole machine is operated separately on both the sides.

We have designed and manufactured a number of bumper punch system varying in complexity. For rear bumper we have designed RAPS & FOG lamp punching SPM. Also developed FOG lamp punching SPM for front bumper.

These Machines are designed as per Product requirement, Individual Joining points controlled through Controller, to maintain Proper Joining Strength.   These machines are also built where Ultrasonic welding technology doesn’t work.   Two stage / Three Stage welding machines give flexibility to weld the Joining Points in various Directions & Angles
