PCC is a fully compartmentalized, Fixed or Draw-out type panels. It is comprised of all necessary protection for DG sets & transformers. PCC Panels handles a very high current and low voltage. These are available with a variety of switchgears such as ACB MCCB SFUs'.

These are offered in a wide variety such as single front and double front with ACB MCCB, SFU, DOL, Star-Delta, VFD & Soft Starters. This control centre can be fixed type or draw-out type construction. Equipped with an automatic manual means of starting and stopping of the motor, this motor control centre is excessively used for reducing start voltage and reverse controlling as our requirement and for protection against overloads and faults.

Double busbar panel is having two main busbar systems, separately for each power source like state power or captive power. Normally in double busbar scheme each circuit is connected to both the buses. In some cases half of the load can be connected and operated on each busbar, in these cases bus or circuit breaker failure would cause loss to half of the section. In double busbar arrangement two breakers are provided for each circuit to ensure the supply of power if any of sources fails. Double busbar and double breaker scheme provides high reliability in the case of fault.

Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel consists of a number of capacitors that are switched automatically by means of contactors thyristors. These switching devices are controlled by a regulator that measures power factor in an electrical network. Depending on the load and power factor of the network, the power factor controller will switch the necessary blocks of capacitors in steps to make sure the power factor stays above a selected value.

A Power Distribution Board Panel is used to distribute electrical power to numerous individual circuits or consumer points, is taken in from the transformer or an upstream panel. A Distribution Board typically has a single or multiple incoming power sources and includes main circuit breakers and residual current or earth leakage protection devices.
